Welcome to my Real Estate Web Site.  I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1997, and a Mortgage Broker since 1995.  This unique combination allows me to understand every aspect of the real estate transactions I am involved with-- and to make my clients' experiences ease-filled and stress-free.  Many of my clients have told me that they actually ENJOY our real estate transactions for the first time ever-- as well as being completely satisfied with the results.  It is my intention to make every home purchase or sale, and every commercial transaction--purchase or lease-- profitable and fulfilling for everyone involved.   

I have experience in both residential and commercial markets; primary residences and investment properties; purchase, lease or rent-to-own, both on the real estate side and in the financing arena.  I have dealt with every kind of real estate transaction-- from A paper and typical in every way-- to buying and selling challenging pre-foreclosures and REO's, and refinances in very difficult situations  There is almost nothing I haven't done successfully in the real estate and mortgage arenas.
